Iberia is Spain’s leading airline, and also number one for flights between Europe and Latin America. Along with its subsidiary Iberia Express and franchise partner Iberia Regional, it operates some 600 flights each day to 125 destinations around the world, 30 of them added in the past three years, including Tokyo, Shanghai, San Francisco, and Johannesburg. Iberia customers can reach an additional 254 cities via code-sharing arrangements with airline partners.
Iberia is undergoing a permanent process of reinvention and transformation in order to become more modern, more responsive, and more sustainable. The fleet has been replaced, and services in the air and on the ground have been transformed, along with all operating processes, and the focus is now firmly placed on customer sastisfaction.
Thanks to these efforts and the commitment of all our employees, Iberia is not only a profitable company but also the world’s most punctual airline, and in 2017 it was awarded a fourth star by industry monitors Skytrax for its product and service quality both in the air and at its T4 hub at Madrid airport.
Digital transformation is now one of Iberia’s priorities, and is reaching all company areas, with special emphasis on customer care.
